About Us
Cappamore Housing Association (CHA) is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). We are also a Registered Charity.
Our Housing Association was established in 2007. We are an Approved Housing Body (AHB) and a member of the the Irish Council for Social Housing (ICHS). We are regulated by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA). Approved housing bodies are independent, not-for-profit organisations that provide affordable rented housing for people who cannot afford to pay private sector rents or buy their own homes.

Our vision is to make a difference by providing high quality, affordable and secure homes for people in housing need and fostering social inclusion within our community.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide quality age-friendly homes for people in housing need and to insure that the accommodation we provide is designed to also meet the needs of people with disabilities. A home for life, where people can live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment.
