Convent Property Transfer of Ownership

As per signed Transfer document dated 8th March 2020, the Convent property was 
transferred from the Sisters of Mercy Trust to Cappamore Housing Association CLG
with the following 3 conditions.

1. Front portion of property to be developed as a carpark.
2. Main Convent residence to provide social and residential housing accommodation.
3. Should the property be sold within the period of 25 year, 25% of the consideration
   to be refunded to the Sisters of Mercy.
